Highlights of the second half of 2024 report

  1. Information requests: 

    Processing of more than 40,500 information requests, of which 94.36% were responded to positively.

     

  2. Content moderation: 

    98.31% of the listings removed for violating terms and conditions were proactively detected through detection systems. This volume represented 1.15% of the over 599 million active listings currently on the platform.

     

  3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): 

    96% of the content removed for IPR violations was proactively detected, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Brand Protection Program (BPP). During the semester, 544,635 complaints from rights owners were processed.

     

  4. Privacy and data protection: 

    96.36% of the 1,493,131 ARCO rights cases (access, correction, cancellation, and opposition) were exercised by users and managed through automated tools, allowing for faster and more efficient responses.
